Spicy Greens Salad

In light of keeping it simple, delicious and healthy, I’ve decided to make an heirloom tomato, candy onion salad over a farm fresh mix of spicy greens including arugula, mizuna asian, and swiss chard! Give thanks… and enjoy!

Sage Mountain Farm Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm share box this week is a splendid variety which includes a certified organic watermelon, cantaloupe, melon, green apples, oranges, grapefruit, heirloom tomatoes, candy onion, tomatillos, radishes, Anaheim peppers, delicious dates and a spicy greens salad mix.
